Tweleve months ago I had a much poorer understanding of the issues, I didn't blog and my web presence was minimal.

I've also seen some of my colleagues start the same journey and want to understand how these new tools can help them in their work.

But you are right, we need to share as much info about the process as we can. I certainly feel I want to do more.Joanna Gearyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03115413058216227623noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7707228007097229203.post-40903453248016304892008-07-23T15:01:00.000+01:002008-07-23T15:01:00.000+01:00@Captain mac well, if we're quoting proverbs then ...@Captain mac well, if we're quoting proverbs then I'd have to say it's better to light a candle than curse the darkness would seem appropriate at the moment :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02856693084384304955noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7707228007097229203.post-44789277719845873772008-07-23T13:55:00.000+01:002008-07-23T13:55:00.000+01:00Spot on Alison - they say a change is as good as a...Spot on Alison - they say a change is as good as a rest, which has no real relevance to your post, but I thought I'd say it anyway.

We do have to change and be more open minded. I think the grass-rooters do have that mindset, but all too often some of the people higher up in organisations do not, or simply do not see the need.

That is a problem because great suggestions and ideas can go unheard or unacknowledged.

I am with you on the change express though - all aboard, next stop ... the future!!xxNapoleonSolohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01146101513987334477noreply@blogger.com
